...is to actively promote tourism, commerce, educational, and charitable activities within the town of Upland.
Our Vision...
...to serve the community of Upland, Indiana by responding to community needs. We exist in order to facilitate public participation in revamping the look and feel of Upland, while preserving the small town community feel and trust that already exists.
